Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Amazon advertising expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing Amazon ads campaigns that drive sales and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze target customers: quality-conscious, style-forward women and men
  2. Research product features, benefits, and differentiators for attention-grabbing messaging
  3. Evaluate competitors and industry trends in concept, style, and functionality
  4. Maintain competitive ads, UGC, videos, and social assets library
Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings
  • Use keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
  • Analyze data and recommend changes to improve visibility and conversion
Additional Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
  • Leverage data insights to iterate and improve ad performance
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon ads and listing optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; confident making data-driven decisions
Soft Skills
  • Low ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iteration
  • Passion for advertising and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Detail-oriented and reliably meets deadlines with high-quality work
Experience
  • 2+ years managing Amazon ads and listings
  • Proven track record with high-performing content (ads, videos, articles)
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindset
