We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Lead to oversee and manage our network operations team. As a key member of our technology infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to ensure operational excellence in all network systems and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP model and experience with VPN, cloud implementation, and routing protocols. He/She will also possess excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance network performance, cost-efficiency, and quality.
  • Develop and implement standards and processes for NOC.
  • Lead the evaluation, design, and implementation of firewall and IDS/IPS systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Must have 5 years of relevant role experience within the banking industry.
  • 5+ years of work experience involving IPSEC, DHCP, HSRP, BGP, OSPF QoS, RFP/RFI software and systems.
