As a Senior Mobile Developer at Alpha Century Consultancy Inc., you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative mobile applications that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing the architecture of new products/features, leveraging your expertise in mobile technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Implementing best practices to guarantee adherence to our coding standards, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Staying ahead of the curve with the latest developments in mobile technologies, evaluating new tools and frameworks to improve our development efficiency.
  • Collaborating with project managers to assess the feasibility and complexity of new projects, providing expert recommendations for success.
  • Participating in the planning process for software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Guiding and supporting the mobile development team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages growth, innovation, and excellence.
  • Overseeing mobile app development from concept to deployment, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to define project goals and timelines, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards the same objectives.
  • Ensuring successful project delivery, meeting quality and deadline expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serving as a liaison between the mobile team and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress and challenges, maintaining transparency and trust with our clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  2. Leadership experience managing developers, with a focus on mentorship and growth.
  3. Proficiency in mobile technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter, with a strong understanding of their respective ecosystems.
  4. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with a solid foundation in software design principles.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  6. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for empowering teams.
  7. A portfolio of successful mobile app projects, preferably with scale and complexity.
  8. A willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driven by innovation and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
