About the Role

We seek an experienced Logistics & Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage outbound flow to customers, ensuring effective and efficient throughput in the warehouse and on-time delivery. This role involves coordinating with warehouses, communicating order status to the sales team, and generating shipping documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer shipping orders with warehouses.
  • Enter SOs committed in the company portal and logged by warehouses.
  • E nsure prompt delivery/collection of shipments through proactive follow-up measures.
  • Track shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
  • Update new shipping manuals and ensure compliance with established requirements.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies within the system and investigate misalignment.
  • Respond to sales team inquiries regarding delivery status.
  • Manage Logistics inbox, responding to and filing emails.
  • Assist with chargebacks and customer claim investigations, keeping the Finance team updated.
  • Support Ops administrative tasks for key accounts.
  • Prepare reports for Senior Management as needed.
