Job Title: Graphic Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to support our marketing efforts.

This role primarily involves working with existing Canva templates to produce high-quality marketing materials, efficiently edit videos for various digital platforms, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Customize and edit pre-designed Canva templates for marketing materials, social media posts, real estate flyers, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency across all materials by following established design guidelines.
  • Resize and optimize graphics for different digital and print platforms.
  • Organize and maintain a structured library of templates and digital assets.
Video Editing (Optional):
  • Perform basic video editing such as trimming, adding text overlays, transitions, and background music.
  • Optimize videos for social media, training materials, and promotional content.
  • Format videos for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Project & Workflow Management:
  • Handle multiple design and video requests simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and accurately.
  • Communicate with the marketing team to ensure content meets expectations and deadlines.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Canva with experience editing and modifying templates, basic video editing skills, ability to work efficiently, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills.

A fast and stable internet connection is required (minimum 150 Mbps download/upload speed).
