About the Role

The Unit Head will be part of the Salaried Agency Leader's program and participate in Zonal activities of the Recruiting Leader's Zone.

This leadership position is focused on recruitment, coaching, and development of Financial Advisors within the Unit.

  • Conduct seminars to prospect and recruit Advisors to join the team.
  • Work closely with the Head Office to drive social media sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits and their early activation.
  • Implement the Manulife Agency system within the Unit.
  • Communicate all programs, compensation systems, and career development roadmaps to Advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with training curriculum and code of ethics.

Required Qualifications

  • Top Sales Leaders from various industries.
  • Agency Leaders with a good track record in Sales and Recruitment.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent Management Skills.
  • High use of technology/digital tools.
