Lead Tax Advisor Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our tax advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client engagements and provide expert tax advice.
  • Deliver high-quality Australian tax advice to clients including SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and listed companies.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax legislation and identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic tax planning initiatives.
  • Play a key role throughout the client engagement lifecycle, including presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting regulations.
  • Strong technical background in tax compliance, advisory, and accounting standards.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a tax advisory or consulting role.
  • CA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations and interacting with clients.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation in professional services.
