Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Infrastructure Analyst (Identity) to join our team and contribute to the optimization and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong technical foundation to drive operational improvements and ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions across both internal and external IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance IAM processes, boosting operational efficiency and user experience.
  2. Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  3. Ticket Management: Manage IAM help desk tickets, resolving login and access issues in a timely manner.
  4. Process Development: Contribute to process improvements, including role definitions and automated workflows, to enhance IAM services.
  5. SSO Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) across enterprise applications.
  6. Compliance and Review: Conduct regular reviews of user access rights and assist with compliance audits and forensic analysis.
  7. Documentation: Ensure documentation and compliance with IAM standards, particularly for internal and external audits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process for client identity onboarding and offboarding.
  2. System Changes: Execute IAM system changes while adhering to change management protocols to ensure system stability and security.
  3. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues efficiently.
  4. System Administration: Administer and optimize SailPoint, OnPrem AD, and Entra ID systems.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with help desk and support teams to resolve complex IAM issues.
  6. Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and update IAM documentation to reflect any changes in configurations, processes, and procedures.
