We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing frontend features and functionality using React.js and JavaScript.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and React.js, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality. They will also have excellent ability to follow established coding styles and conventions, and a proven track record of implementing features based on written requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement frontend features using React.js and JavaScript
  • Follow established coding conventions and patterns
  • Conduct thorough manual QA and testing of implemented features
  • Read and understand detailed requirements, asking clarifying questions when needed
  • Collaborate with the lead engineer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to our engineering standards
  • Participate in code reviews with a focus on learning and consistency
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues methodically and thoroughly
  • Document implementation details and testing procedures as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and React.js
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
  • Excellent ability to follow established coding styles and conventions
  • Proven track record of implementing features based on written requirements and specifications
  • Experience with manual QA and testing methodologies
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to ask clarifying questions
  • Self-motivated and effective in a remote-work environment
  • Bonus: Experience with AI and LLM tools like Claude Code
