Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in making outbound calls to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to introduce merchant services and payment solutions to prospects.
  • Engaging in professional conversations to understand the business needs of potential clients.
  • Effectively handling objections and providing clear, persuasive responses to address concerns.
  • Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in a CRM system.
  • Achieving or exceeding daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

Preferred Skills include knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions, as well as experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
