TGServices, Inc. is hiring a Worksite Supervision Director to oversee our site operations team.

**Key Job Duties:

  1. Manage and supervise TG site operations to meet client expectations and requirements.
  2. Compile and submit weekly reports on operational activities, client concerns, employee performance, and other matters of importance.
  3. Analyze staff performance data and recommend training requirements to improve productivity.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments (Personnel Admin, Procurement, Recruitment, Legal, Finance, Corporate Services) on operational needs, employee payroll, benefits, client concerns, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Notify Head Office of critical incidents as necessary.
  6. Pursue potential business opportunities and collaborate in marketing TG Services to external companies.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Engineering, Human Resource, or Hospitality courses or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  3. Prior supervisory experience is beneficial.
  4. Knowledge of hotel and resort operations, building maintenance, IFM, and strong HR skills are advantageous.
