The Digital Project Manager I assists in the delivery of digital projects, working with project teams to ensure project requirements are met, providing regular project updates to stakeholders, managing smaller tasks within a project, and supporting project managers in the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project coordination: Coordinate daily with international counterparts and clients, receive and clarify digital briefs, participate in project kick-off calls, review planning and customer requirements, work and collaborate directly with technical production and PM teams to ensure each project is on strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Communication and reporting: Develop and facilitate communication strategies to distribute information to global teams, understand the project framework, report or escalate potential risks or malfunctions related to quality or planning, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Production and quality supervision: Scope project requirements and prepare budget, monitor actual progress with the prepared project plan and ensure alignment, be open to learning IT technologies to identify and manage urgent change requests, provide quality control for all project deliverables, perform post-web or digital integration checks, and deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
