Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough research, background investigations, and risk assessments on projects, individuals, entities, vendors/suppliers, or locations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Identifying and escalating potential compliance issues to management.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all due diligence activities.
  • Preparing due diligence and compliance reporting materials for presentation to Ethics & Compliance and/or Legal.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices through training and development opportunities.

Requirements For This Position Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • 6-8 Years Of Experience In Due Diligence, Including Risk Management, Compliance, Client Service, Operations Support, Or Business Process Management
  • Experience In A Multinational Company Environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient In MS Office
  • Outstanding Organizational Skills
  • Diligence With Great Attention To Detail
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • A Keen Eye For Even The Smallest Of Details Is A Must
  • Ability To Work As Part Of A Team And Lead A Team If Required
