Senior Quantitative Project Manager for International Online Market Research

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Project Manager to lead our team in international online market research. As a key member of our Market Research department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantitative market research projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple online research projects simultaneously, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. You will also be responsible for monitoring project profitability, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project life cycle, including client management, vendor relationships, and data collection
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and test survey links, prepare samples, and conduct quality checks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with online research tools and methodologies
