The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React. Your expertise in async task management using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI will enable seamless integration with our backend systems.

This is a hands-on IC role that requires a strong communicator who can effectively manage their time, prioritize tasks, and work independently while syncing with the team lead and product team.

About You

">

You have a proven track record of shipping features in fast-paced environments, with 5+ years of full-stack experience. Your solid foundation in Python (Flask), React, and Celery makes you an ideal candidate for this position.

You thrive in distributed teams, adapt quickly to new codebases, and possess excellent async communication skills. Bonus skills in AI orchestration tools, Numpy, advertising compliance, or regulated platforms are a plus.
