Call Center Agent Role

Location: Pasig City, National Capital Region (NCR)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer calls and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and address their concerns
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide timely resolution
  • Document all customer interactions
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, or some college (but did not graduate) in any course
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent are welcome to apply
  • With or without call center experience
  • Working students are welcome to apply as long as they are committed to working on a fixed GY shift
  • Must have good English (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite at the office located in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Flexible in working on a graveyard shift
  • Amenable to handle a financial voice account

  • Actively listens, shows empathy, and maintains professionalism
  • Guides customer interactions per the service strategy and policies
  • Capable of clearly and cohesively documenting relevant call details, adhering to quality standards
  • Able to follow call flows, directives, and processes
  • Proficient in typing and keyboarding
  • Possesses primary computer and internet literacy
