Job Summary:

RCX Philippines seeks an experienced Nurse - Employee Health Services to provide high-quality healthcare services to our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role:
- Provide routine health check-ups and screenings to employees
- Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees
- Inventory and manage medications and medical supplies
- Collaborate with management to identify and address workplace health and safety concerns

Requirements:
- Active Nursing License (RN)
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or a related field
- Experience in providing healthcare services in an industrial or corporate setting
- Proficient in conducting health assessments, screenings, and administering vaccinations
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of OSHS regulations and other relevant government regulations
