Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Staff Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and procurement.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering positive output, generating updates and mandated reports, and conducting fieldwork/site inspections as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

To succeed in this position, you must have at least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent field. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the related field is required, with a strong track record of sourcing suppliers/contractors and managing procurement processes.

The successful candidate will be computer literate in MS Office and Excel, with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also be a fast learner, meticulous in work/report requirements, and proactive in your approach.
