We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager Lead to join our team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our Audit Services, Asia, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading audit projects across various areas, including risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality, professional, cost-effective, value-added, and risk-based audits that meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will work closely with management at all levels to identify and mitigate risks, improve control environments, and optimize business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, accounting, or finance, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience. A recognized professional designation, such as CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, CIA, or CISA, is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead teams are essential qualities for this role.
