Job Summary

Shopee is seeking a skilled Hub Coordinator to support our operations team in Bulacan. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Hub Operations: Manage parcel inbounding, sorting, and inventory control.
  • Team Enablement: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
  • KPI Achievement: Monitor and optimize processes to achieve Hub KPIs.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution (e-commerce experience beneficial)
  • Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment preferred
  • Payment processing or similar skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
