Job Description:
As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
You'll provide accurate and concise information, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and respond to customer queries in a professional and personable manner.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and approach
- Professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience communicating with customers via email, webchat, and phones
- Knowledge of Gorgias & Shopify platforms an advantage
