As a key member of our technology team, you will lead the development of internal tools and automations that utilize artificial intelligence to streamline operations across the organization. Your expertise in designing and developing custom web applications, automating data-heavy workflows, and integrating various APIs will be crucial in delivering innovative solutions that empower our teams to work smarter.

This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and deliver solutions that make a significant impact on how results are delivered to clients.

• Design and Develop Custom Web Applications: Utilize your expertise in modern frameworks and languages to design and implement custom internal AI-powered web applications and tools that streamline operations, decision-making, and client service operations.
• Automate Spreadsheet-Based Processes: Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams using your experience in workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.
• Integrate External APIs: Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly.
• Research and Implement New Automations: Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to stay at the cutting edge of innovation.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, creative, operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs and usability standards.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Senior-Level Experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation.
• Web App Development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages, including Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• AI and ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain.
• Workflow Automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes, familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
• API Integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document your work clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks, passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes is a must.
