We are seeking a Senior Buyer to join our team at Jollibee Group. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing category sourcing strategies that align with our procurement policies and procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing category plans to meet stakeholder requirements
Optimizing our supplier base through market research and analysis
Managing the supplier lifecycle from accreditation to phase out
Ensuring compliance with our procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborating with the procurement leadership team to improve processes and ensure adherence.
Working closely with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to drive supply chain excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in relevant field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement with demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain. Preference for handling food commodities.
- Prior exposure to category management, procurement or an engineering environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
- Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications will be an advantage
- Able to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
