We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, financial dashboard management, and administrative coordination.

This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella.
  • Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
