About the Role:

  • As an Indirect Spend Specialist, you will support the shared services center in managing indirect spending within a specific category or regional area(s), ensuring full compliance with the company's Code of Ethics and procurement policies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill delivery follow-ups for purchased items and resolve supply problems
  • Create and maintain process documentation for the P2P process

  • Implement process optimization to increase working efficiency

About You:

  • You should have a bachelor's degree and be proficient in Japanese (at least N2 level)
  • A background in using Ariba and SAP systems as a Buyer is preferred
  • You must have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in Procurement Buying and knowledge from a shared service center
  • You are a quick learner, flexible, responsible, result-oriented, and can work under pressure
