Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in NCR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, meeting sales goals, and conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through targeted events/activities and mid-level to low-level customer engagements.
  • Engage potential clients by promoting our solutions and generating a deeper understanding of our products/services.
  • Qualify leads and share qualifying leads with sales closers.
  • Promote our products/services during events/activities and routine customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Meet sales goals by participating in meetings with sales and marketing teams.
  • Set up demonstration meetings between potential customers and Partner Engagement Managers/Operations Managers.
  • Report on established performance metrics/KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
