High-Converting AI Video Editor

The role of a direct response video editor is to create high-quality, engaging videos that drive conversions quickly. You will lead the production of our high-converting AI videos, consistently creating on-brand and compliant content based on proven formulas.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, following our preset scripts and styles.
  • Increase performance by analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Work with autonomy, managing your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Quickly learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.
  • Ensure every video meets exacting quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the executive team, providing updates when necessary.
  • Help train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • 10 Daily Video Quota: 10 videos per day, delivered weekdays by 7PM ET.
  • 90% First-Pass Approval Rate: At least 90% of submissions require no revisions.
