About Our Property Management Position

We seek a reliable and efficient property manager to oversee rental properties in the United States. This is a full-time remote role that requires effective communication with tenants, coordination of repairs, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.

This position involves managing tenant communications, coordinating with contractors for repairs and maintenance, handling rent collection, late notices, and payment tracking, as well as maintaining up-to-date and organized property records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
  • Manage rent collection, issue late notices, and track payments accurately
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized property records
  • Assist with lease renewals and vacancies
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management (remote or on-site)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A stable internet connection and quiet work setup are essential
  • The ability to work US hours (including graveyard shifts) is required
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, property management software, and task trackers is necessary
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates a strong work ethic is ideal
