About Product Growth

This role is all about leading diverse products, focusing on their development through:

  • Data Analysis: Dive into ASIN-level data to diagnose issues and craft strategies for improvement and troubleshooting.
  • Product Listing Management: Oversee listings on Amazon, monitor key metrics, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop tactics to boost sales and reduce costs, including price optimisation, PPC campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Insights: Produce regular reports and collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate P&Ls.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of potential issues by understanding competitor dynamics and industry trends.
  • Business Transition Support: Lead integration efforts when acquiring new product lines.
  • Legal and Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with the legal team to address intellectual property issues and unauthorised sellers.
  • Customer Experience: Work with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Launch and Expansion: Partner with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and facilitate international expansion.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with necessary certifications.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or an analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with a knack for engaging content and innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
