Qualifications
  • Healthcare Industry: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • BPO Environment: A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing operations within a BPO environment.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices.
