Test Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Coordinator to manage software testing processes from start to finish.

  • Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, as well as experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms. They will be responsible for creating and updating test cases, coordinating test runs, leading teams of freelance testers, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
  2. Coordinate and execute test runs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to provide regular testing updates and recommendations
  4. Analyze and report test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  5. Maintain accurate records of testing activities, defects, and issues
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, preferably with mobile platforms
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
