Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region from a remote work setup in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team, providing guidance on complex billing and collection issues while ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage the monthly billing cycle, preparing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is a plus.
