Senior Cybersecurity Specialist Role

Senior cybersecurity specialists work within a renowned team of cyber consultants, threat hunters, and researchers serving clients globally.

They are well-versed in penetration testing, application security of web applications and thick clients, as well as the softer side of consultancy. They must effectively balance workload, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the growth of the ever-growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and running key customer engagements directed by their manager.
  • Maintaining reputation through industry events and pre-sales activities.
  • Performing deep, detailed, and advanced security assessments and penetration tests.
  • Interacting with customers for excellent service via meetings and post-test debriefs.
  • Creating organizational knowledge about key technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentoring and supporting less experienced resources.
  • Performing security research involving bug hunting, exploit development, reverse engineering, and cryptography.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in web application penetration testing.
  • Experience in one of: Mobile or Thick-client Security, Automotive, Embedded, IoT, SCADA/OT, or Red Teaming.
  • Software development (Java/C#/C++, C) and/or strong scripting experience required.
  • Ability to present at conferences.
  • Able to operate with little to no supervision.
  • Strong team player and technical innovator with an ability to build and leverage relationships.
  • Ability to create and maintain methodologies and process definitions.
  • Experience developing, delivering, and managing large consulting engagements.
