The Beauty and Wellbeing Philippines Business Unit encompasses two primary categories: Skin Care and Hair Care. As a key contact for procurement-related matters within the Philippines, you will ensure alignment with the Business Unit's strategy and objectives. You will communicate procurement strategies and market dynamics to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Procurement Manager by driving value creation to positively impact the gross margin (GM) of the category.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Business Unit, R&D, Business Operations, and Marketing to achieve this goal.
- Assist in overseeing the sourcing and operations of raw materials for the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippine market.
- Support innovation initiatives within the Beauty and Wellbeing BU in the Philippines, ensuring seamless delivery of new products and solutions.
You will work closely with business operations & portfolio procurement to support key business deliverables in terms of Quality, Service, Cost Savings, and cash. You will also assist in managing key projects and innovation interfacing with the business group and business unit.
