Role Overview

About this position:

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to scale cost-effective customer acquisition and reactivation campaigns across multiple search and biddable product categories. You will work with a team of Paid Social experts to use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize marketing efforts against company goals.

This role is a high-performance/high-impact opportunity to work with teams across the organization - from Brand, Discounts, Creative, and Analytics. You will focus on various Paid Social channels as Strategic Investments and work with in-house experts and agencies to find synergies to bring high-quality customers to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from execution to completion.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI using a data-first approach.
  • Be responsible for campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc.—(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.
  • Design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset to help become more efficient in activities.
  • A curiosity to understand why things happen.
  • Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get hands dirty.
  • Familiar with fast-paced startup environment.
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities and a natural hustler with contagious attitude.
  • Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
