
A Customer Service Role with Purpose

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy assisting and supporting customers to ensure they have an excellent experience.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer tickets, calls, and queries related to our platform in a timely manner. You will also assist and collaborate with the wider team and support staff to provide best practice system use and education to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to product functionality and usage
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and providing solutions to resolve their issues
- Collaborating with the support team to identify and address any system or product-related issues
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced customer service environments across live chat and email
- Relevant Australian payroll experience (e.g., KeyPay/Employment Hero)
- Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment
- Problem-solving skills with a sound and thorough approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to manage competing priorities, working autonomously, and requesting assistance when needed
