Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to build and customize websites, manage plugins, handle website migrations and launches, and provide critical support to senior management.

This is a remote position with flexible working hours allowing for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records in our company database using designated software (Zoho).
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by senior management, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Utilize online tools and resources to perform basic administrative tasks (filing, document sharing).
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with senior management is a plus.
