About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to all marketing and sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of speakership and sponsorship contracts.
  • Distribute promotional materials to external clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for external partners.
  • Analyze data from the sales/marketing team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
