Job Summary

This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join our team in creating original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a proven track record of designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising. They will also possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives. You will also be expected to stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute creative strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement through social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  2. Create original graphics and illustrations for various marketing channels.
  3. Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  4. Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  5. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  6. Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  7. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  8. Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.
Requirements
  1. 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  3. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  4. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Basic video editing skills.
  7. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  8. Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling, type-driven designs.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  10. Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative, fashion-relevant design work.
  11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  12. Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing tools, and fashion-related Go implementations.
