Job Description: We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle full-cycle bookkeeping, provide valuable insights, and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record keeping for management reporting and analytical reports
  • Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or invoicing
  • Assist in client planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Preparation of financial statements, month-end close processes, journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Documentation of internal processes, controls, and improvements
  • Client communication, documentation, and tracking, meeting milestones
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with team members, clients, vendors, and third parties
  • Complete administrative work to support the firm or team members
  • Solve problems as they arise and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Comfortable learning new systems/software
  • Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, able to multitask, and prioritize in a changing environment
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter eager to take responsibility
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to meet commitments and set clear objectives
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a graveyard shift is required
