We are seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our team at Compliant Business Processing Philippines Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating accurate Revit models for architectural projects in Australian design standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Generating accurate Revit models for architectural projects
  • Creating structural models, drawings, and schedules using computer programs and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Performing model layout for residential and commercial projects as per Australian standards
  • Providing 3D models and preparing shop drawings accurately
  • FOLLOWING THE SURVEY AND DETAILS PROVIDED
  • CAD neighboring buildings
  • Checking information from the survey through Maps / Google and street view information provided
  • Resolving complex modelling issues across several software packages
  • Achieving drawing submission schedules

**Qualifications and Skills**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • At least 5 years' experience in the related field
  • Experience in working with Australian clients is an advantage
  • Graduate of Engineering or Architecture
  • Knowledgeable in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Able to exercise responsibilities in an ethical manner
  • Work reliably and effectively with oversight, to the appropriate codes of practice
  • Have experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff
