We are seeking a talented and creative professional to join our team as an Interior Designer/Drafter. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative and functional interior designs, developing detailed construction drawings and plans.
  • Utilize 3D modeling software to visualize and present design concepts.
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures for interior spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
  • Excellent understanding of construction details and building codes.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations.
