Job Title: NPI Engineer

At First Sumiden Circuits Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for introducing new products and developing new processes to expand our service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical evaluations and studies on projects, covering design improvement and cost reduction schemes.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance our service capabilities, taking into account material, manpower, processes, equipment, and capital requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
  • Familiarize yourself with Problem Solving tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, etc.) and apply them to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest FPC manufacturing processes and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in NPI or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Problem Solving tools and FPC manufacturing processes.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
