About the Role

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives. This includes managing and growing our social media presence, creating innovative content, and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports overall marketing objectives
  • Manage and grow our company's social media presence across key platforms
  • Create innovative and on-brand social media content (text, images, videos) to captivate our audience
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role
  • Strong understanding of the social media landscape, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across major platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills, with a keen eye for on-brand, engaging content
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable social media strategies
