Job Overview:
Cut, trim, and prepare high-quality meat products according to customer specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of various cuts of meat and efficient preparation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and preparing meat for sale, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Operating butchery tools and equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining stock levels of meats, ensuring fresh products are available and properly stored.
  • Weighing and packaging meat for sale, labeling with appropriate pricing and product information.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with butchery tools, knives, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy meat cuts and operate equipment.
