Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for day-to-day facilities and asset operations. This includes developing and maintaining databases for facilities inventory, condition assessments, and scheduled maintenance. The role will also serve as the primary contact for asset management, preparing reports, analyzing IT and office equipment inventory, and ensuring adequate supply levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates with property management on building issues, permits, and other facilities-related matters.
  • Allocates and manages office space using a facility management software.
  • Coordinates with vendors for services on office equipment, upkeep services, and physical security.
  • Manages office equipment, including installation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Responsible for IT and facilities inventory management, asset tagging, and file maintenance.
  • Monitors the inventory and purchasing of admin, common, and IT supplies.
