The Operations Supervisor - Supply Chain is responsible for leading the team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve order fulfillment performance, including CFR, OTIF, and SDP metrics.
  • Aligns inventory management processes with sales and marketing goals, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence risk.
