Job Description

Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Contact Center Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our contact center.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. A Bachelor's Degree is required.

You must be willing to work onsite in Makati and adapt to a shifting schedule. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
