They will also manage stock verification activities, process onboarding and offboarding requests, and adhere to SEZ formalities. Additionally, they will receive deliveries, sign off, rack, stack, and move devices, scan and manage new and return assets, and dispose of e-waste.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent customer service and communication skills. They should have experience in computer OS/peripherals troubleshooting, handling different PC operating systems, performing hardware/software installation, and possessing basic knowledge of SOE and group policies.

We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with confidential information, possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and have a basic understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and SCCM.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least two of the following qualifications: PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification. Relevant experience in a similar role is also required.
