About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Piping Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will perform plant and piping design activities as part of a taskforce under guidance provided by the leader.

Responsibilities

  1. Plant and piping design work in 3D integrated design systems (AP3D, CADWorx3D).
  2. Self-quality review checks for 3D modeling and piping deliverables.
  3. Participation in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations.
  4. Assistance in generating proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Piping Engineering with experience in piping engineering/design in the chemical industry.
  • Experience in 3D modeling (in at least one of the 3D tools: AP3D, CADWorx).
  • Knowledgeable in Navisworks based reviews and clash detection.
  • Experience in Stress analysis (L1 SEP, L2 Simplified).
  • Experience in equipment layout, piping design, and pipe supports.
  • Very good skills in CAD software (AutoCAD) and MS Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • Good English level - written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of piping specific design standards (minimum US/EU).
  • Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with Laser Scan generated point clouds and field experience will be an advantage.
